For 2011 The Foundation set the following objectives:

Environmental projects

•  International Birutė Galdikas ecology charity and support foundation, together with Kaunas Botanical Garden of Vytautas Magnus University are developing educational children's playground project at the Dr. B. Galdikas name oak forest at Kaunas Botanical Garden.

• An International conference and bussiness fair "Effective Use of Energy. Housing Renovation" has been held on 9th -10th of Novembe, 2011 in Vilnius

For 2009-2010 the Foundation set the following objectives:

Dissemination of information

• Birutė Galdikas  www.birutegaldikas.lt website activation started on the 1st of January 2009
• Translation of Birute Galdikas autobiography "Reflexions of Eden . My years with the  orangutans of Borneo" into the Lithuanian language and the release
• Establish a cooperation with informational parter

Environmental projects

• An International Conference on "Green energy - from the nature we are taking, to the nature we are giving back. Business fair" has been held on the 16th of April 2009.
• Plant an aok forest at the Lithuania national forest. Expected in autumn 2010.

Scientific activity

• Call for participants, selection of trainees for traineeship in Indonesia, the island Borneo at the scientific center to work with Birutė Galdikas.

Voluntary work

• Attrack groups of volunteers and send to Indonesia for constuction of Camp Leakey
